Mink Hair Weave Company Refund Policy
• We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best goods.
• Unconditional Return within 7 days. If you don't want to use /keep the items you can return them and get a Full Refund but the return freight and customs fee should be borne by you.
• Your Refund will be returned once we receive the items in original state.
• Not accept Refund if items have been used or altered (bleached, installed, brushed, dyed, picked, cut, or washed etc.)

• If you want to return or exchange items, they must be returned to MINK HAIR COMPANY Within 7 days of receipt.
• Products must be in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged) and all labels and packaging must be included.
• Your Refund will be returned once we receive the items in original state.
• If you want to return an item you need to email jay@minkhair.com. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (installed, brushed. dyed, picked. cut. or washed).
• Mink Lash/ 3D Mink Lash/ Customized Wrap Labels/ Hair Bags/ Customized Wig Not Accept Refund/Return After Shipment.
• PLEASE NOTE: ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS IT IS OUR FAULT.
